I mean, have you ever seen an egg tree? Check out this one in Germany – so lavish. Many moons ago I used to work in a Russian bakery and they did Easter up BIG – especially Orthodox Easter. They used to display some of the most beautiful and intricate decorative wooden eggs.
Sure there are other Easter crafts out there but how many of them can you destroy and put in a salad once the holiday is over? Well, now all I can think about is a Cobb salad but you catch my drift: this is a project with a meal inside.
